Due to the nature of our products (Japanese tea), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preferences such as taste or personal reasons.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery using our Contact Form.

8. Additional Fees
Product prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and will be clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the customer’s country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
