Refund & Return Policy

1. General Conditions

Due to the nature of our products (Japanese tea), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as taste preference, personal choice, or change of mind.
Only unopened and unused items may be considered for return under special circumstances.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
We may request photos as proof to speed up the process.

Once confirmed, we will provide one of the following solutions at no cost to you:

    • Replacement with the correct product

    • Full refund

    • Store credit or coupon (if preferred)


3. Return Shipping

    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • For customer-requested returns (if exceptionally approved): the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.


4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or used tea products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

    • Sale items or promotional products


5. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase, once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing usually takes 7–14 business days.


6. International Orders

    • Customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery issues are the responsibility of the customer.

    • We cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by customs inspections.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping preparation begins.
Once your order has been processed and packed, cancellations cannot be accepted.
