About Our Teas
Q1. What is the net weight and packaging of your tea?
Our teas are carefully vacuum-sealed to preserve their natural freshness and aroma.
Unless otherwise stated, each product contains 100 g of tea leaves per pack.
Please check the product page for details on specific varieties.
Q2. How should I store Japanese green tea?
Keep your tea away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
After opening, seal it tightly and store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Avoid strong odors nearby, as tea leaves easily absorb smells.
Q3. How long does the tea stay fresh?
Unopened vacuum-sealed packs stay fresh for about 10–12 months.
After opening, it is best to consume the tea within 2–4 weeks (preferably within 2–3 weeks).
To maintain freshness, transfer it to a zip-sealed bag or airtight tea canister
and keep it in a cool, dark place away from moisture and sunlight.
Q4. How should I brew sencha for the best taste?
Use hot water at 70–80°C (158–176°F) and steep for about 1 minute.
Avoid boiling water, as it can destroy the delicate umami flavor.
Adjust steeping time and temperature to your taste preference.
Q5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide directly from Japan.
Shipping cost and delivery time vary by destination.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Q6. Can I return my tea if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, no. Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns due to personal preference, taste, or change of mind.
Q7. What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Send us a photo of the problem, and once confirmed, we will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund, or
- Provide store credit or a coupon if you prefer.
All costs will be covered by us.
Q8. Who pays for return shipping?
- If it’s our mistake (defective, damaged, or wrong item): we pay for shipping.
- If it’s a special-case return at the customer’s request: the customer pays for shipping.
Q9. Which items cannot be returned?
- Opened or used tea (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Sale or promotional items
- Any product returned without prior approval
Q10. How do refunds work and how long do they take?
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used for purchase.
It usually takes 7–14 business days after we receive and check the returned product.
Q11. What about international orders?
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery issues.
We cannot control or take responsibility for customs delays or damages during inspection.
Q12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping preparation begins.
Once your order has been processed and packed, cancellation is not possible.
