Thank you for shopping at Sencha.Tokyo. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders worldwide. Our store is operated by Niceday Co., Ltd. , and all products are shipped directly from Japan to ensure authenticity and freshness.

1. Shipping Origin & Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Costs

Product prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and will be clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Delivery Estimates & Carriers

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Asia: ~5–10 business days
  • North America / Europe: ~7–14 business days
  • Oceania / Middle East / Other regions: ~10–20 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier’s network, customs clearance, weather, and local logistics. A tracking number will be provided when available.

4. Tracking & Delivery

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via your order email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping costs. We cannot control or predict these fees or delays caused by customs.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address (including recipient name, postal code, and phone number if required by local carriers) is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we can reship it after collecting the reshipping fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us via the form below within 3 business days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number, photos (for damage), and details. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and propose a resolution where possible.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility, timelines, and instructions. Due to the nature of tea products, returns based on personal taste are generally not accepted.
